Fees for services are as specified in your Service Agreement. All fees are due as stated in the applicable invoice or agreement. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. MES Webguys reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Results Disclaimer

MES Webguys makes no guarantee of specific search engine rankings, advertising performance, or business results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, client responsiveness, and market conditions. Our 90-day Map Pack guarantee is subject to the specific terms outlined in your Service Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MES Webguys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MES Webguys, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
